What is expected of you as a Supervisor
As Supervisor, you will serve as the first point of contact and be responsible for the operational management of the entire reception team throughout the day. In doing so, you will also work closely with the Account Manager, HR and Spirit planning. Together you guarantee a high service level through proper coaching and guidance of the team. You ensure that the team is always aware of changes in procedures/tasks we perform. The supervisor also ensures optimal and smooth cooperation with the partner-suppliers, this is done by attending (operational) consultations, among other things.
For changes in the schedule, the supervisor coordinates any shifts and communication regarding these changes. To stay on top of services on the floor and for flexibility in the roster, this position requires you to work in strength yourself. Your hours above strength will be spent on management tasks; attending (operational) meetings, documenting management information, preparing and conducting interviews with hospitality team members and coaching/training on the job.
By means of floorwalks across the various floors, you identify improvements in service and liaise with the relevant facility parties. See it, own it, solve it! Because of the various tasks you fulfill, it is important that you can communicate at all levels, can easily switch gears and know how to tackle things!

- Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in Aviation/hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
- A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
- Experience in a leadership or management position;

Furthermore, it is important that you
- Are available immediately Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. = 32 hours (we understand if you are dealing with a notice period at your current employer);
- Have good command of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing;
- Live in (the region of) Rotterdam;
- Willing to bike or take public transportation to work.
