Proactive, efficiënt & sincere attention

We also started with the digital registration application at Danone.

Spirit has developed its own registration application so that the receptionist is able to proactively approach the guests and register them with a tablet. The second receptionist (e) from behind the counter receives the details of the arriving guests on her tablet and contacts the hosts and prepares the visitor passes. It can also pass on a feedback via the tablet to the dynamic receptionist.

This creates even more attention for the arriving visitor / employee and increases the hospitality experience. At Danone we already worked with a dynamic reception but since May 2018 the registration application has been implemented.
