Spirit Hospitality Services is immediately looking for enthusiastic colleague to join ServiceNow on a temporary basis for two days a week! Do you have 5*service in your DNA and do you enjoy performing a wide range of tasks? Then this IT service provider that specializes in creating digital workflows is a great fit for you. Respond quickly and who knows, maybe you will soon be shining at this great client.
You have a passion for Hospitality. You are the first person a visitor meets or speaks to on the phone. It is therefore important that you make an excellent first impression by demonstrating a high level of customer service, professionalism and commitment. With your constant eye for visitors, environment and detail, you know how to proactively respond to everything. What makes this position so enjoyable is the diverse range of duties. In addition to reception and a flawless phone service, you will process mail and manage and order office supplies, snacks and drinks from the office. Make sure the meeting rooms are in order and be the driving force behind events. Colleagues from other offices you assist in coordinating their visits, including information on recommended hotels and transportation if needed. Due to the international nature of this organization, it is important that you speak excellent English. Due to the tasks you perform, it is important that you are a jack-of-all-trades.

Our ideal candidate possesses
- Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
- A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
- A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions.
Furthermore, it is important that you
- Be available immediately until mid-November on di 08:00-17:00 and Fri 08:30-17:00 = 16.5 hours;
- Fluent Dutch in speech and writing and good command of the English language;
- Live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam;
- On-site parking is available.
