As the Hospitality Team Coordinator, you are both the face of the organization and the point of contact within the Hospitality team. You combine working on the floor yourself with coordinating and supervising colleagues. You have an eye for detail, exude professionalism, and know better than anyone how to take care of guests in a natural and personalized way.

Your Day as a Hospitality Team Coordinator
As a Hospitality Team Coordinator, you’re the point of contact for guests, visitors, and the Boston Consulting Group Hospitality team. You welcome every guest in a warm and personal way and ensure that their visit runs smoothly and is well taken care of from the very first interaction. You register and assist visitors, answer questions, and are constantly on the lookout for ways to elevate the guest experience.

You’ll play a full role as a Hospitality Host and provide support at the Meeting Center, among other areas. You’ll ensure that meeting rooms and reception areas are always presentable and fully prepared. In addition, you’ll coordinate taxis, parking vouchers, and other requests related to the visit, and make sure everything is taken care of down to the last detail.

In addition to your duties on the floor, you will guide and support the Hospitality team on a daily basis. You will ensure effective teamwork, closely monitor the quality of service, and serve as the first point of contact for questions or special requests. You know how to motivate your colleagues in a positive way, provide guidance when necessary, and contribute to a professional and pleasant work environment.

You maintain a constant overview and are able to adapt quickly when the situation calls for it. You’re aware of what’s happening on the floor, anticipate the needs of guests and coworkers, and know when to take action yourself or when to support someone else. You also actively contribute ideas on how to further improve hospitality and service.

You understand that high-quality hospitality requires attention, discretion, flexibility, and a constant focus on quality. Through your combination of hospitality, leadership, and dedication, you ensure that both guests and colleagues can count on professional and personalized service every day.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English;
• You are flexible and can easily switch between different tasks;
• Be able to maintain a clear overview and stay calm when things get busy;
• Enjoys taking on responsibility and mentoring colleagues;
• Have a good sense of what a guest or coworker needs;
• You are available to work shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
