A day as a Receptionist(e) in The Hague

As a receptionist(e), you will provide 5* service. You will be deployed at different locations in The Hague and you are backup for the location in Rotterdam. You are the business card of this insurance company. You also receive visitors and employees in a very hospitable and cordial manner. You sign visitors in, provide them with coffee or tea and guide them properly. You answer questions, issue visitor passes and make sure the reception area looks neat and tidy. This work is interspersed with telephone traffic, handling e-mails and light administrative work (such as receiving and processing packages and registered mail). Because of the variety of tasks you perform, it is important that you are a jack-of-all-trades, can easily switch between tasks and know how to tackle them.

Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;

Furthermore, it is important that you

Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
Reside in the region of The Hague;
Willing to travel to work by public transport, the location is next to The Hague Central Station! (There are no parking facilities at the location);
Are available immediately on di 09:00 - 15:30 (6.5), woe 09:00 - 15:30 (6.5), do 09:00 - 15:30 (6.5) and free 14:00 - 19:00 (5) = 24.5 hours.
