WeMake is immediately looking for an enthusiastic, independent Management Assistant for their beautiful office on the Nieuwe Meer in Amsterdam-Zuid. Are you administratively strong and do you like to bite into document management? Then read on quickly!

A day as a Management Assistant

As a Management Assistant at WeMake, it is important that you can work well independently. This new position is not fully framed and there is room for your own initiative. You will support management and work together with the Office Manager. 

  • You will help structure documents and systems; 
  • Maintain Financial Debtors and Creditors records and project records in Exact Online; 
  • Answering phone and email;
  • Contacting customers and relations;
  • Agenda management, monitoring contracts and certifications;
  • Support, prepare and organize the work of management;
  • Typing out letters and reports;
  • Organizing content for the website and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate

  • Lives in the Amsterdam-Zuid area;
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Enjoys working independently;
  • Is administratively strong and good at adding structure and overview to existing processes;
  • Has extensive experience with MS Office;
  • Speaks and writes Dutch fluently;
  • Is communicatively strong and representative;
  • Has an affinity for real estate.
