The process

Apply for this open position in Facility Management;
The initial meeting takes place with Spirit Next Step's project manager to determine your needs and desires;
You will be included in our talent pool. If your test matches the requirements of our client, the vacancy will be discussed with you;
Your resume will be left by the project manager to the client, and an introductory interview with the client will be scheduled;
We will guide you in negotiating the employment contract;
Upon acceptance of the offer, you will be officially hired by the client, and then we can congratulate you wholeheartedly!

Our ideal candidate possesses

For the senior candidate:

Demonstrated experience in Facility Management;
Good communication skills in Dutch, both oral and written is required;
Knowledge of laws, regulations and permits related to facility processes;
Knowledge of both technical and operational aspects of facility operations;
Willingness to be deployed throughout the Netherlands.

For the junior candidate:

Willingness to learn and be a team player;
Background is Hospitality;
Good communication skills in Dutch, both oral and written is required;
Basic knowledge of facility management principles is a plus;
Willingness to be deployed throughout the Netherlands.
