A day as a Receptionist(e) at EMA

You have a passion for Hospitality and get energy from welcoming visitors and employees. The trick is to make their visit an experience they will not soon forget. With your constant eye for visitors, environment and detail, you know how to respond proactively to everything. What makes this job so fun is the extra guest service you provide such as; pouring a cup of coffee or tea, answering telephone questions and emails. You also reserve meeting rooms, process mail and manage office supplies. Due to the international nature of this organization, it is important that you speak excellent English. You also maintain contact with the other facility parties and offer support to Facility Management where necessary. Because of the tasks you fulfill, it is important that you are a jack-of-all-trades and at home in an international environment.

Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;

Furthermore, it is important that you

Fluent in English spoken and written;
By mid-February be available on Mon 08:30-17:00, Di 07:30-16:00, Wed 10:30-18:30, Thurs 07:30-16:00 and Fri 11:30-20:00 = 40 hours;
Live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam, the property is located on the Zuidas;
Have no problem traveling to work by public transportation.
