Receptionist(s) with a little extra

A receptionist job at Spirit Hospitality Services is probably a little different than what you're used to. Receiving guests from behind a service desk is a thing of the past. If you work for one of our high-end clients, you will receive guests by actively approaching them. From entry to departure, you will give them an experience to remember. You take care of the perfect registration and provide your guests with coffee or tea. Besides taking care of the guests, you also create and register access passes, manage the mailboxes and reserve meeting rooms. Can you see yourself shining at this exclusive location?

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Experience in excellent service delivery (hotel/financial institution experience is a plus);
• Knowledge of Office 365;
• A presentable and enthusiastic appearance as a hostess/host;
• A proactive and discrete work attitude, thinking in solutions;
• A facility eye with a feel for hospitality and banqueting.

Furthermore, it is important that you:

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• You live in the Amsterdam area (and are willing to use public transportation);
• Available immediately on Mon 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Tue 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and Wed 7:00 AM–3:00 PM = 23.5 hours.
