For Achmea, starting in January, we are looking for an enthusiastic proactive receptionist(e) who delights in performing a classic reception function. As receptionist(e) you offer a warm welcome and excellent service to visitors and employees of Achmea. As a receptionist(e), you are committed to providing visitors and employees with an unforgettable reception experience. You take care of a perfect reception and departure, where in addition to the registration, pass issue and pass intake, there is a lot of attention to Service and Hospitality, for example you also pour a nice cup of coffee or tea for the visitors. As a spider in the web you also answer internal telephone questions and respond to internal e-mails. You can think of questions like: Has my guest arrived yet, is it possible to reserve a meeting room, are there parking spaces available for my guests etc. Are you looking for an awesome hostess/host position in which you also take care of appropriate administrative tasks? What do we ask of you?
- Experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
- A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions.
- From January available on Mon 07:30-13:00, di 08:30-17:00, woe 08:00-17:00 and do 07:30-13:00 = 28 hours;
- A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
- You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate well in English;
- Living in (the vicinity of) Leiden (parking is available on site);
- That you are available on short notice. We are aware you may have a notice period. You may still be considered for the position because of this.
