Sales & Events Manager H'ART Museum

The H'ART Museum Amsterdam is an impressive building: historic and classic on the outside, light and transparent on the inside. For five years now, as H'ART Museum Grand Café, we have been taking care of events at this unique location. Think of congresses, large dinners and weddings that we plan from A to Z.
In addition to corporate events, we also organize public events such as Wines in the Garden and Museum Night. We also run a contemporary museum restaurant.

What are we looking for?

Effective immediately, we are looking for a Sales & Events Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and communicatively strong professional who is also a rock-solid planner.

What is expected of you?

• HBO working and thinking level and extensive experience in similar positions
• A commercial attitude with a passion for food and drink and an affinity for the museum world
• Able to optimally translate customer requirements into concrete solutions
• Excellent project management skills and a natural talent for relationship management
• Hospitable, organizationally strong, stress-resistant, collegial and flexible (no 9-to-5 mentality)

The main responsibilities are

• Realize successful bookings and organize a variety of events
• Conducting negotiations and preparing quotations
• Welcoming customers and providing site tours
• Planning and coordinating events from A to Z, including conceptual thinking with clients
• Handling the financial processing and after-sales of events
