A day as a Receptionist(e) at Oracle

As a Receptionist(e), you offer a warm welcome and ensure the perfect registration of guests and employees. The trick is to make their visit an experience they will not easily forget. With your constant eye for visitors, environment and detail, you know how to respond proactively to everything. It is an international organization so in addition to Dutch you must be able to speak English well on a business level.

You also answer incoming calls, manage meeting rooms and the front desk mailbox. You coordinate the first piece of events so that everything can be properly arranged by the employee within Oracle. Furthermore, you work with different digital programs, take care of guests as much as possible during their visit and support the employees where necessary and within your duties as receptionist. • Has experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
• Has a presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• Possesses a proactive work ethic and has an eye for detail;
• Enjoys delivering guests the ultimate Oracle experience.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Available immediately two days a week on Monday 08:00 - 17:30 (8) and Thursday 08:00 - 17:30 (8) = 16 hours;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Be flexible and effortlessly adaptable to another person's needs;
• Live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam.
