All about the function

As a receptionist(e) at this international organization, you will be the point of contact on the Nike campus and ensure a welcoming and smooth working environment. Employees and guests are your focus: you handle facility requests and ad hoc situations independently and switch effortlessly between different tasks. Whether it is receiving guests, supporting meetings or pointing out areas for improvement via floorwalks - you see it, pick it up and solve it. Thanks to your service-oriented attitude and communication skills, you ensure a pleasant and safe working environment for everyone.

You will work in a close-knit team of 20+ colleagues, where cooperation and flexibility are key. You share tasks, support each other and together ensure a smooth hospitality experience on the Nike campus. You'll also regularly liaise with facilities teams and management assistants to keep everything running smoothly.

Your day as a Receptionist(e) at Nike

No two days are the same! You start your shift with a floorwalk, checking that everything is neat and in order. Do you see something that needs attention? Then you'll immediately link up with cleaning or maintenance. Then you handle e-mails and facility requests and help colleagues and visitors at the hospitality desk.

In the afternoon, you support an important meeting: you welcome guests, make sure the presentation works, and offer assistance as needed. In between, you stay alert to what is happening in the building. In case of an unexpected leak, you quickly liaise with the appropriate departments so that the problem is solved immediately.

You end the day with a final floorwalk. You make sure workplaces and meeting rooms are tidy again and check that everything is ready for the next day. Thanks to your eye for detail and service-oriented approach, everything runs like clockwork!

• Available Monday 08:00-18:00(9.5), Wednesday 08:00-18:00(9.5) and Friday 09:30-18:00(8) = 27 hours;
• Has experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hospitality/facility/reception is a plus);
• Has a presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• Possesses a proactive work ethic and has an eye for detail;
• Excellent ability to work independently;
• Enjoys delivering guests the ultimate Nike experience;
