Your day as a Receptionist(e)

As a receptionist(e) you are the face of an international organization and receive visitors and employees in a very hospitable and cordial manner. You sign visitors in, provide them with coffee or tea and guide them properly. You answer questions, issue visitor passes and make sure the reception area looks neat and tidy. This work is interspersed with telephone traffic, handling e-mails and light administrative work (such as receiving and processing packages and registered mail). Because of the variety of tasks you perform, it is important that you are a jack-of-all-trades, can easily switch between tasks and know how to tackle them.

• Experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• Be flexible and effortlessly adaptable to another person's needs;
• Live in (the vicinity of) Eindhoven;
• Willing to travel to location by public transportation;
• Are available immediately on Mondays: 08:00 - 17:00 (9), Tuesdays: 08:00 - 17:00 (9) and Thursdays: 08:00 - 12:00 (4) = 22 hours (Breaks paid through).
