Become the face of ING in Amsterdam! As a receptionist, you will make every visitor feel welcome. You will work in a dynamic location where no two days are the same. All about the function

As a receptionist at ING in Amsterdam, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and colleagues. You will work in a modern and vibrant location, where professionalism and hospitality come together. You will provide a warm welcome, show guests the way and speak to them in a friendly manner. In addition, you take phone calls, manage meeting rooms and support with administrative tasks such as registering visitors and making access passes.

You will work together in a team of enthusiastic colleagues. You will form a close-knit front office team that keeps each other on your toes and works closely together. Through clear communication and good coordination, together you ensure a smooth, hospitable reception and a flawless day. You participate in a schedule of shifts, seamlessly alternating and supporting each other where necessary. Every day is different and that's what makes the work so much fun.

Your day as a receptionist at ING

In the morning you start the day fresh, presentable and well organized. You make sure the reception area looks neat and everything is ready for a smooth day. You check the meeting rooms and briefly discuss the schedule and important appointments with your colleagues so everyone knows what's on the agenda.

During the day, you will receive a variety of visitors, from customers and suppliers to colleagues. You welcome everyone friendly, answer phone calls and help people get around quickly and efficiently. Your organizational talent and multi-tasking skills keep everything running smoothly, even at busy times.

At the end of your shift, you ensure a neat handover to the next team, check that all rooms are ready for use again and end the day positively and happily with your colleagues. This is how you ensure a welcoming and professional reception every day.
