You are the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and colleagues and play a key role in the experience of the location. The location is modern, bright and open, with multiple service points in a spacious reception area that exudes sustainability and professionalism.

You will work in a close and engaged team, where everyone participates in different positions. From taking care of registrations to supporting internal processes. You switch effortlessly between hospitality and structure. You contribute to the high level of service that characterizes Eneco and always keep an eye out for a flawless reception. Here, hospitality is not an extra, but the standard.

Your day as a receptionist(e) at Eneco

You start your shift with a short briefing and a tour of the premises: you check the meeting rooms, make sure everything is ready and welcome the first visitors. During the day you rotate between different reception points. You help with guest registration, refer visitors, arrange access passes and keep the entrance presentable.

At the back office, you will support your colleagues with administrative tasks and answer questions via email, phone or Teams. Think of requests about parking spaces, BHV planning or meeting rooms. You keep an overview, think ahead and shift gears quickly when necessary. Throughout the day you stay alert and service-oriented, whether it's busy or quiet. You work in an international, professional environment where Dutch and English are used daily.

Our ideal candidate

For this position, we are looking for a presentable and proactive receptionist(s) with a natural sense of service. You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and switch effortlessly between different tasks and conversation partners. Do you recognize yourself in this?

• Experience in hospitality (experience in aviation, hospitality or hotel industry is a plus);
• You are able to perform your work (partially) at a standing desk;
• You have a presentable appearance as a host or hostess;
• You have a proactive work attitude and think solution-oriented;
• You have experience with systems such as Microsoft Teams;
• You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English;
• You live in (the vicinity of) Rotterdam;
• You are available immediately or at short notice (of course, we take into account a notice period).
