Your day as a Receptionist(e) at Bol

As a receptionist(e) you are the face of Bol at the head office in Utrecht. Your job is to make the reception of employees and visitors pleasant.

Good service is at the top of the list! In addition to maintaining registration upon entry, you will answer questions and help visitors and employees on their way to their appointments and provide them with coffee or tea. You hand out visitor and staff passes, accept packages and make sure the reception area is looking like a jewel.
You work in an enthusiastic and close-knit hospitality team in which cooperation, flexibility and fun are key. Together you ensure that the bol.com campus runs smoothly and that everyone feels welcome.

During the day you will answer the phone, answer emails and do light administrative work. In short: a fun job full of variety, where you make everyone happy by offering a warm welcome.

What we ask of you

You are available immediately on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every other Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. = an average of 20 hours per week;
Or you are available immediately on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. = 16 hours;
Combining job openings is negotiable!
You have a minimum of MBO level;
You have hospitality experience (hospitality/hotelling/reception is a plus);
You are presentable, enthusiastic and guest-oriented;
You take initiative and think in solutions;
You are communicatively strong and socially minded;
You are excellent at working independently;
You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
You live near the bol.com campus.
