We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time/part-time Staff Planner/Administrative Assistant! Are you an expert in planning & organizing, super efficient and always in control? Then read on quickly!

Working on the schedule at Spirit

As a Staff Planner/Administrative Assistant, you will be the point of contact for our receptionists. These receptionists are experts in receiving visitors at high-end locations and putting a smile on everyone's face. For these driven receptionists you are the first point of contact! The complete planning from A to Z is up to you. You know the entire team and take into account their preferences and the wishes of the client.

In addition to staff planning, you ensure a warm welcome for the receptionists before the actual start. Thus, you discuss the induction days, the various processes and schedule the training sessions. Besides answering the various questions, and starting the screenings, you will also keep the personnel records.
We find it important that you have a genuine interest in the teams. To ensure good contact you will regularly visit the locations. Of course you will also be present at the team meetings. To enthuse and motivate our receptionists makes your work extra fun! Are you up to this challenge?

Our ideal candidate possesses

  • At least a completed MBO administrative or HBO education (Hotel School or Leisure Management is a plus);
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in Hospitality industry and/or experience in administrative field;
  • A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions;
  • Excellent ability to plan & organize.

Furthermore, it is important that you

  • Be flexible, stress-resistant and presentable;
  • Be available at least 4 days a week;
  • Available full-time/part-time Monday through Friday per short notice;
  • Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
  • Live in the Schiphol and Amsterdam area.
