Your job as a Receptionist(e)

As a part-time receptionist(e), you will be the face of ING at one of their headquarters in Amsterdam. It's up to you to make welcoming employees and visitors a pleasant experience.

Good service is at the top of the list! In addition to maintaining registration upon entry, you will answer questions and help visitors and employees on their way to their appointments and provide them with coffee or tea. You hand out visitor and staff badges, accept packages and make sure the reception area is kept looking good.

During the day you will answer the phone, answer emails and do light administrative work. In short: a fun job full of variety, where you make everyone happy by offering a warm welcome.

Working days and hours

To be considered for this job, you are available immediately for at least 2 days a week Monday through Wednesday. During the interview process, we will work together to see which shifts fit your schedule.

Shifts vary, Monday through Wednesday:
06:30-14:30 a.m.
06:30-17:30 a.m.
06:15-17:30 a.m.

What we ask of you

You will be available on Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri 2:30pm-2:30pm = 30 hours starting in January;
You are fluent in Dutch and also manage in English;
You have experience in service work (hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
You are well-groomed and have a presentable appearance;
You like to do your job well, have an eye for detail and respond to the needs of others.
