All about the function

As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact at Croonwolter&dros’s headquarters in Amersfoort. You’ll serve as the face of the organization and ensure that employees, visitors, and suppliers feel welcome right away.

Hospitality and service are your top priorities. You’ll welcome visitors, check them in, and show them around the organization. You’ll also answer the phone and emails, issue visitor passes, accept mail and packages, and perform light administrative tasks.

In addition to your reception duties, you’ll ensure that the meeting rooms and the break room remain neat, tidy, and presentable, so that colleagues and visitors can enjoy a pleasant work environment.

Our ideal candidate

• You are available immediately to work 2 to 3 days or 5 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• You have experience in the hospitality industry (experience in the restaurant or hotel industry is a plus);
• You have a professional and well-groomed appearance;
• You speak Dutch fluently and can get by well in English;
• You work accurately, independently, and have an eye for detail;
• You are reliable, punctual, and responsible.
