A day as a Receptionist(e) in Utrecht

As a Receptionist(e) you will provide 5* service. You will be deployed at various locations in Utrecht. You are the business card of the location where you work. You receive visitors and employees in a very hospitable and cordial manner. You register visitors, provide them with coffee or tea and guide them properly. You answer questions, issue visitor passes and make sure the reception area looks neat and tidy. This work is interspersed with telephone traffic, handling e-mails and light administrative work (such as receiving and processing packages and registered mail). Because of the variety of tasks you perform, it is important that you are a jack-of-all-trades, can easily switch between tasks and know how to tackle them.

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• Reside in the region of Utrecht;
• Willing to travel to work by public transportation;
• Available immediately and flexible for a minimum of 2 days per week from Monday to Friday for alternating shifts between 08:00 and 17:00.
