Job Opening: Receptionist in Eindhoven

Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for a receptionist who can start working on a flexible basis in Eindhoven! Are you looking for a varied, challenging job, and do you embody hospitality? We’re looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Hospitality team immediately! (Please note! This is a flexible part-time position where you can choose at least one day per week—Monday through Friday—to work based on your availability. It is a zero-hour position, meaning we cannot offer fixed hours. You’ll work only to cover vacation, sick leave, and open positions.)

A day as a Receptionist(e)

As a receptionist, you’ll provide 5-star service. You’ll be assigned to various locations in Eindhoven. You’ll be the face of the location where you work. You’ll also welcome visitors and employees in a very hospitable and warm manner. You’ll check visitors in, offer them coffee or tea, and direct them appropriately. You’ll answer questions, issue visitor passes, and ensure the reception area looks neat and tidy. These tasks will be interspersed with handling phone calls, responding to emails, and performing light administrative duties (such as receiving and processing packages and certified mail). Given the variety of tasks you’ll be performing, it’s important that you’re a true jack-of-all-trades, can adapt easily, and are a go-getter.

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• You live in the Eindhoven area;
• Willing to travel to work by public transportation;
• That you are available immediately, on a flexible basis, one day a week for rotating shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
