For our client Van Lanschot Kempen, Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for an enthusiastic, hospitable and enterprising Team Coordinator who, with a passion for high end service, will manage the team and work at the reception of Van Lanschot Kempen! A day as an Associate Team Coordinator
As an Associate Team Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for the Hospitality Team. In addition, you are also the point of contact for the visitors and employees within this organization where the employees and guests are constantly in focus. You work closely with your team and are the operational point of contact for the facilities organization and fellow suppliers. You are also responsible for motivation and operational management and are there to inspire and coach the team on a daily basis.
As an Associate Team Coordinator, you will work at the front desk and ensure perfect service with the entire team every day. You have a passion for Hospitality and get energy from organizing a hospitable experience. Because you are the operational point of contact for the facilities organization, it is of great importance that you can communicate at all levels, can easily switch gears and know how to get things done!

- Experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotel);

Furthermore, it is important that you
- Fluent Dutch speaker and writer (English is a plus);
- Are available on Mon 08:30-17:30, di 08:30-17:30, do 08:30-17:00 and Fri 07:00-15:00 = 32.5 hours (on Thursdays work above strength);
- Live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam;
- Have no problem traveling to work by public transportation.
