A day as an Associate Team Coordinator

As an Associate Team Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for the Hospitality Team. In addition, you are also the point of contact for the visitors and employees within this organization where the employees and guests are constantly in focus. You work closely with your team and are the operational point of contact for the facilities organization and fellow suppliers. You are also responsible for motivation and operational management and are there to inspire and coach the team on a daily basis.

As an Associate Team Coordinator, you will work at the front desk and ensure perfect service with the entire team every day. You have a passion for Hospitality and get energy from organizing a hospitable experience. Because you are the operational point of contact for the facilities organization, it is of great importance that you can communicate at all levels, can easily switch gears and know how to get things done!

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Fluent Dutch speaker and writer (English is a plus);
• Are available Monday 08:30 - 17:00(Team coordinator day, then you work above strength), Wednesday 08:30 - 15:00, Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 and Friday 07:00 - 15:00 = 30.5 hours;
• Live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam;
• Have no problem traveling to work by public transportation.
