Ambulatory Receptionist(e) at TU Eindhoven

Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for an Ambulatory Receptionist(e) who is willing to work at the TU Eindhoven reception desk at all locations. A day as an Ambulatory Receptionist(e)

As a Receptionist(e) you will provide high quality 5* service. You are deployed at various locations near the University of Eindhoven and you are the business card of various corporate companies. You also sign them in and provide them with a delicious cup of coffee or tea. As a spider in the web you also answer telephone questions, respond to e-mails, create visitor passes and keep the reception area tidy. Because you are interacting with guests, every day is different!
You will be deployed at various locations, so flexibility is very important. Because of this we offer you a varied job, where you can get to know different companies and where you get to know many new people.

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• You will be available starting in December for various shifts on Monday through Friday between 07:30-13:00 and 13:00-20:00 (full-time and part-time opportunities available);
• You are fluent in Dutch and also manage well in English;
• You have experience in service work (hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
• You are well-groomed and have a presentable appearance;
• You like to do your job well, have an eye for detail and respond to the needs of others;
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and can quickly master new software or applications;
• You are willing to travel to work by public transportation.
