Part-time Receptionist at Eneco and ProRail in Rotterdam

Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for a receptionist who is willing to work on an on-call basis in Rotterdam for Eneco and ProRail! Are you looking for a varied, challenging job, and do you embody hospitality? Then read on!

A day as a Receptionist(e)

As a receptionist, you’ll provide 5-star service. You’ll be assigned to the two locations in Rotterdam and will serve as the face of these two different companies. You’ll also welcome visitors and employees in a very hospitable and warm manner. You’ll check visitors in, offer them coffee or tea, and guide them appropriately. You’ll answer questions, issue visitor passes, and ensure the reception area looks neat and tidy. These tasks will be interspersed with handling phone calls, responding to emails, and light administrative work (such as receiving and processing packages and certified mail). Given the variety of tasks you’ll be performing, it’s important that you’re a true jack-of-all-trades, can adapt easily, and are a go-getter.

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• You live in the Rotterdam area;
• Will be deployed to multiple locations, so flexibility is very important;
• You are willing to take public transportation to work(there is no parking available at the locations); both work locations are located next to the station
• That you are available immediately for at least 2 days for work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
