CSR report - rating of 5 stars

Every year Spirit is committed to improving its CSR policy. Since 2012, Spirit has been affiliated with FIRA; through this online platform we make our CSR performance visible and testable. FIRA values the sustainability performance, progress and assurance of our CSR policy with the FIRA Rating System through the TIM measurement. They examine the extent to which we meet the criteria for Transparency, Impact and Management. By 2024, Spirit has received a rating of the full 5 stars!

By integrating our CSR policy into our personnel organization, we hope to make a positive impact on our employees and the broader society, contributing to a more sustainable future for all.
