CSR report - rating of 5 stars

Every year, Spirit is committed to improving its CSR policy. Since 2012, Spirit has been a member of FIRA; through this online platform, we make our CSR performance transparent and measurable. FIRA evaluates our sustainability performance, progress, and the implementation of our CSR policy using the FIRA Rating System through the TIM assessment. They assess the extent to which we meet the criteria in the areas of Transparency, Impact, and Management. In 2025, Spirit once again received a full 5-star rating!

By integrating our CSR policy into our personnel organization, we hope to make a positive impact on our employees and the broader society, contributing to a more sustainable future for all.
