Since the pandemic, hybrid working has become the norm. Employees come to the office less often, and when they come, they use that environment differently. Organizations like Nike and ING find it important to give a warm welcome to employees who come. Spirit helps with that, by understanding how employees experience the day at the office. And responding accordingly.

Our Experience Specialists, also known as Floorwalkers, know what is going on in the workplace and what the needs of employees are. They have personal and regular contact with the people, but also play an observational role. By spotting faults early and seeing opportunities for improvement, they relieve the employees before they even realize it is necessary. In doing so, they raise both the hospitality experience and the employee experience to a higher level.
