The Facility Coalition
Facility Coalition ING
Since January 2023, together with CBRE, CSU, Compass Group and Securitas, we have joined the Facility Coalition ING. This coalition arose from ING's desire to establish a collaboration between specialists to set up the best possible facility services for ING. All parties are equal and support each other in terms of cooperation and innovation.
One-Team Hospitality and Onboarding & Training
Spirit worked on the topics of One-Team Hospitality and Onboarding & Training for the coalition. We had the desire to create one and the same onboarding for all these different parties so that new employees understand from the beginning what the coalition is about, who is part of it and what makes this collaboration unique. And with success! Meanwhile, monthly onboarding sessions are organized and attended. Joint training sessions on hospitality, facility collaboration and safety & security have also begun.
Employees from all the different partners know how to find each other, enjoy working together and contribute practical solutions. It is a coalition cooperation to be insanely proud of!
