Do people hear your smile on the phone and is service your middle name? Then our vacancy for an enthusiastic telephonist at the service department of the head office of a well-known bank in Amsterdam South-East might be for you!
What does your day as a telephone operator(s) look like?
As a telephone operator, together with your enthusiastic colleagues, you are responsible for the optimal reception of telephone inquiries from customers and employees. In addition, you connect people with other departments in a correct and professional manner. You find it important to provide this service at a high level. You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate well in English as much of the telephone traffic comes from abroad. The position is ideal to combine with study or care responsibilities!

Our ideal candidate possesses
- Experience as a telephone operator/customer service representative (this is a must);
- Experience with complaint handling (this is a plus);
- A solution-oriented and independent approach;
- A presentable appearance and pleasant telephone voice.
Furthermore, it is important that you
- Are available immediately on Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:00-17:00. (15 hours)
- Have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages;
- Administrative strong and meticulous work;
- Live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam.
