For our client Nike, Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for an enthusiastic, hospitable, sportive and enterprising supervisor with a passion for high end service! Do you have 5*service in your DNA and would you like to lead a large team of Experience Specialists and Team Leads and be the point of contact for the customer? Then read on quickly!
A day as a Supervisor
As Supervisor you are the face and contact person for the client, the Hospitality team, the visitors and employees within this international organization where the employees and guests are continuously the focus.
You are also responsible for the motivation and operational management during the day of the Experience Specialists and the Team Leads. We also ask you to think along with operational improvement proposals.
Together with the Team Leads, you will supervise your new colleagues in the various buildings on campus and, together with the team, ensure perfect service every day.
Possessing the right listening and follow-through skills, you ensure that the satisfaction, quality, comfort and safety of employees and your team is maintained at all times. By going the extra mile for employees and our client, you strive to relieve and delight them.
You have a passion for hospitality and get energy from organizing a hospitable experience. In addition, you are operationally responsible, it is of great importance that you can communicate at all levels, can easily switch gears and know how to tackle things!
Because of the international character of this organization, it is important that your English is excellent, both verbally and in writing.
In addition, you maintain contact with the client regarding operational matters by means of meetings and you work intensively with the other facility parties on a daily basis in order to achieve flawless service together. Conducting performance and assessment interviews is also part of your job. You ensure optimal communication with Spirit headquarters, working closely with the Account Manager, HR advisor and planning.

- Experience in a leadership or management position;
- Experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotel);

- A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions and with an eye for detail.
Furthermore, it is important that you
- Fluent Dutch and English spoken and written
- Are available full time for various shifts that take place between 08:00-18:00;
- Live in (the vicinity of) Hilversum;
- Have no problem traveling to work by public transportation.
