Receptionist(s) with a little extra

You are the business card of the respective organization and welcome guests and employees in a very guest-friendly manner. Receiving guests from behind a service desk is a thing of the past. If you work for one of our high-end clients, you will welcome guests by actively approaching them. From entry to departure, you give them an experience to remember. You take care of the perfect registration and provide your guests with coffee or tea. In addition to taking care of the guests, you'll also deal with answering phone inquiries and emails, and reserve meeting rooms.

What do we expect from you?

Experience in excellent service (hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
Flexibility and a star at responding to others' needs;
Willingness to travel to work by public transportation;
Speaks fluent Dutch and can communicate well in English;
Living in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam-Zuidoost;
Be available by April 20 for induction;
Available Wednesdays 08:30 - 18:00 (9) and Fridays 7:00 - 12:00 (5) = 14 hours per week.
