What is expected of you as an Associate Supervisor?

As an Associate Supervisor at EMA, you will serve as the first point of contact and be responsible for the operational management of the entire reception team throughout the day. You will also work closely with the Account Manager, HR and Spirit planning. Together you guarantee a high service level through proper coaching and guidance of the team. You ensure that the team is always aware of changes in procedures/tasks we perform. The Associate Supervisor also ensures optimal and seamless cooperation with partner suppliers, this is done by attending (operational) meetings, among other things.
In case of schedule changes, the Associate Supervisor coordinates any shifts and communication regarding these changes.

To stay on top of services on the floor and for schedule flexibility, this position requires you to work in strength yourself. Your hours above strength will be spent on management duties; attending (operational) meetings, documenting management information, preparing and conducting interviews with hospitality team members and coaching/training on the job.

Are available immediately on Mon 09:30-18:00, Di 09:30-18:00, Wed 09:30-18:00, Thurs 08:00-16:30 and Fri 09:30-18:00 = 40 hours (we understand if you are dealing with a notice period at your current employer);
The working language at EMA is English, so being able to speak and write English fluently is a requirement;
Live in (the region of) Amsterdam;
Willing to bike or take public transportation to work (no parking available).
