Ambulante Receptionist(e) bij European Medicines Agency (EMA)
Alles over de functie
Have you always wanted to work in an international environment? Then this is your chance! Spirit Hospitality Services is from September looking for enthusiastic, hospitable colleagues with a passion for high end service! Do you have 5*service in your DNA, and do you want to be part of an enthusiastic and driven reception team at the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in Amsterdam? Then read on quickly!
A day as a Receptionist at EMA
You have a passion for Hospitality and get energy from welcoming guests and employees at the reception desk in the building. You can be assigned to different workstations in the building. For example, there is one main reception desk where the internal telephone switchboard also takes place and a facility service desk on 3rd floor.
In the reception area you take care of a perfect registration of visitors and Priority Access visitors daily. The trick is to make their visit an experience they won't forget 1-2-3. With your constant eye for visitors, environment and detail, you know how to respond proactively to everything. In addition, you are the point of contact for employees and suppliers. As a spider in the web, you also answer telephone questions, respond to e-mails, create visitor passes and keep the reception area tidy.
At the switchboard located in the main entrance you work together with your enthusiastic colleagues and are responsible for the optimal reception of external telephone inquiries and employees. In a correct and professional manner, you connect the phone to the appropriate contact person of the relevant department. You find it important to provide telephone service at a high level. You rotate daily between the reception, the switchboard and the facility service desk. At the service desk you take care of the internal questions of employees such as parking and BHV policy, order/manage office supplies and perform supporting (administrative) tasks.
Because of the international nature of this organization, it is also important that you speak and write excellent English. Because of the different tasks you fulfil, it is important that you are a real jack-of-all-trades, at home in a business, diplomatic international environment and can switch easily. Are you up to this challenge?
