A day at Uber  

A job as a Host Coordinator at Uber is a varied position. You are the first in line for all facility issues the colleagues at Uber have. You solve incoming tickets and provide (new) colleagues, visitors and suppliers with a warm welcome. You are responsible for a nice and safe working environment and are part of the HERO team at the office of Uber on the Zuidas. You make sure the common areas are clean and in order. You are the eyes, hands and heart of the office.
Due to the international nature of this organization, it is important that you speak excellent English!

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hospitality is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• A solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on attitude;
• A proactive work ethic with an eye for detail.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages;
• Living in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam;
• Willing to travel to work by public transportation;
• Are available to work 5 days (4 days is negotiable) per week at the Amsterdam Uber office on the Zuidas.
