As a receptionist(e), you provide a warm welcome and excellent service to visitors and employees of the location where you work. The trick is to make their visit an experience that guests will not easily forget. In addition, you take care of perfect registration and pour a nice cup of coffee or tea. As a spider in the web, you also answer phone inquiries, respond to emails and manage the meeting rooms. What this job is all about: creating and sharing new experiences. Our ideal candidate possesses
- Extensive experience in high-end service delivery;
- Good communication skills, a proactive work attitude and is solution-oriented;
- A presentable appearance and a hands-on mentality;
- The knowledge to organize an event.
Furthermore, it is important that you
- Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
- Live in or around Amsterdam (there are no on-site parking options);
- Are available immediately on Tuesdays and Thursdays 09:00-17:00 = 24 hours (full-time opportunities are negotiable).
