A day as a Receptionist(e)

A job as a Receptionist(e) at Spirit Hospitality Services is probably a little different than what you're used to. Receiving guests from behind a service desk is a thing of the past. Working for one of our high-end clients, you will welcome guests by being proactive. From entry to departure, you give them an experience to remember. You take care of the perfect registration and provide your guests with coffee or tea. Besides taking care of the guests, you also create and register access passes, manage mailboxes and reserve meeting rooms. Can you see yourself shining at this exclusive location?

What we ask of you

Immediate availability for the below vacancies;
vacancy 1 Monday 08:00-17:00 (9), Tuesday 08:00-17:00 (9), Thursday 08:00-17:00 (9) and Friday 08:00-17:00 (9)= 36 hours;
vacancy 2 Monday 08:00-17:00 (9), Tuesday 08:00-17:00 (9) and Friday 07:00-13:30(6)= 24 hours;
vacancy 3 Thursday 08:00-17:00 (9) and Friday 08:00-17:00 (9) = 18 hours;
You are fluent in Dutch and also manage in English.
