On-call Receptionist(e) at Eneco in Rotterdam

Spirit Hospitality Services is immediately looking for enthusiastic, hospitable colleagues with a passion for high-end service! This is a flexible job where you can indicate when you are available at least one day a week from Monday to Friday. It is a 0-hour position where we cannot offer fixed hours. You only work to replace vacations, illnesses and vacancies)

A day as a Receptionist(e)

You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy welcoming and registering guests, employees, and suppliers in the reception area. The trick is to make their visit an experience they won't soon forget! The reception area is an open and green environment with three desks. But you won't be sitting behind a computer all day! At Eneco, we like to welcome visitors proactively. That's why there are hotspots in the reception area where you can talk to visitors! 
The work involves walking around a lot to ensure that the entire building is well provided for. This includes preparing meeting rooms and keeping the bustling ground floor tidy. 

In addition, you alternate with colleagues who are in the back office. Here the parking and FAFS policies are implemented and you perform supporting (administrative) work. Daily you rotate between the front office receptions and the back office.

With your constant eye for visitors, environment and detail, you know how to proactively respond to everything. Teams, Outlook and the telephone are used as communication channels. Due to the international nature at Eneco, speaking English is a plus. Due to the high level of Hospitality it is important that you like to roll up your sleeves and approach people. Easily switch between the business, international environment and the warm contact with internal employees.

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in Aviation/hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions;
• Affinity with the hospitality industry.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Live in (region of) Rotterdam;
• Does not mind traveling to Rotterdam Alexander by public transportation or bicycle;
• That you are available on short notice for various shifts between 07:00 and 19:00. We are aware that you may have a notice period. You may still be considered for the position because of this.
