Are you passionate about high-end hospitality and do you prefer to take care of guests to perfection? Do you want to be the business card of a well-known bank in Leeuwarden and are you available from Monday to Friday for various shifts between 06:30 and 17:30? Then this vacancy might be something for you! (Attention! It is a flexible job where you can indicate when you are available at least one day a week from Monday to Friday. It is a 0-hour position where we cannot offer fixed hours. You only work to replace vacations, illnesses and vacancies).

As a Receptionist(e), you will provide a warm welcome and excellent service to visitors and employees of this well-known bank. The trick is to make their visit an experience that the guests do not forget 1-2-3. In addition, you take care of perfect registration and pour a nice cup of coffee or tea.

A spider in the web, you will also answer telephone inquiries, respond to emails and reserve meeting rooms. You also process mail and manage and order office supplies. You are the extension of the facility manager and support the catering and facility management at events and projects. Because of the different tasks you fulfill, it is important that you are a real jack-of-all-trades, can work independently and know how to tackle things! What do we ask of you?

Experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
Up and coming hostessing or hospitality;
A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions;
A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
Per immediate flexible availability are available 1-2 days per week for alternating shifts between 06:30 and 17:30;
You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate well in English;
Living in (the vicinity of) Leeuwarden.
