Your role as office manager 

As Office Manager, you will be the focal point and permanent point of contact at headquarters. Your duties include: 

  • Support the strategic team and managers; 
  • Organizing meetings and trainings, including administrative and arranging tasks such as: Taking care of communication to participants, arranging facility matters such as training room, catering and taking care of training administration. Liaising with internal trainers and the external training agencies;
  • Ensuring the professional, attractive appearance of our office;
  • Internal IT issues, contacting the building manager and cleaning;
  • Welcoming employees and visitors hospitably;
  • Arranging groceries (healthy lunches);
  • Absenteeism Administration;
  • Together with the HR generalist, you will be responsible for opening (and closing) the Rijswijk office.

Our ideal Office Manager possesses 

  • Enthusiasm for making processes run smoothly;
  • Balancing energy, focus and perfectionism;
  • Solid personality with the ability to operate independently;
  • Living in the Rijswijk area;
  • MBO/HBO Working and/or thinking level;
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience;
  • Affinity with people;
  • Willingness to further professionalize the organization;
  • Availability to open the location at 8:30 a.m., five days a week;
  • Command of the Dutch and English languages.
