A day as an Office Manager

You have a passion for organizing and making sure everything in the office runs smoothly. In this position, people from all departments know where to find you and you are the right hand of the director. For the organization, you are an indispensable link!
Some of the daily duties of this independent position include:

  • Preparing quotations;
  • Keeping the website current;
  • Set up Google AdWords campaigns with the marketing agency;
  • Communication with Sponsors;
  • Fleet Management;
  • Maintaining mileage records;
  • Procurement of materials and office supplies;
  • IT support;
  • Preparation of newsletters;
  • Organizing company outings;
  • Taking minutes of planning meetings.

  • Has an excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in office management;
  • Is precise and likes to maintain control;
  • Is described by colleagues as creative and entrepreneurial;
  • Has own transportation, as office is difficult to reach by public transportation.
