About Panta Holdings

Panta Holdings is looking for a Management Assistant to join its team of eleven colleagues and, in particular, to support the board, consisting of four people. Founded as an investment company with an active approach to maximizing value for our stakeholders, Panta Holdings' goal for forty years has been to retain and manage interests in diverse businesses. Its diverse portfolio includes interests in aviation, real estate, hotel and renewable energy. Current holdings include Fokker Services (aerospace engineering), Netherlands Aircraft Company (NAC) (aerospace engineering), Postilion Hotels (hotels), and Life NL (real estate/project development). Panta Holdings is currently modernizing and moving quickly as a dynamic company. Flexible and versatile in responding to changing standards in modern society.

A day as a Management Assistant

As a Management Assistant, you will serve as the right hand of our executive team and be engaged in the following duties:

  • Manage calendars and plan trips;
  • Liaise between management and internal/external stakeholders;
  • Sparring partner for management to support their leadership goals;;
  • Organize, support, take minutes and manage meetings and documents.

In addition, you will support the office by:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails and correspondence;
  • Management of inventory, maintenance and repairs;
  • Streamline and perform administrative processes and tasks;
  • Monitor facility management and safety compliance;
  • Organize corporate events and communicate with vendors.

The ideal candidate

Is available immediately for 4 or 5 days a week and gets energy from relieving an entrepreneurial management team. Do you enjoy taking on your own projects and are you able to work independently? You can hold your own in a dynamic, changing organization and know how to organize matters down to the last detail. In addition, you are proactive and confident.

  • Is at the beginning of his or her career with at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Management Assistant and has office management experience;
  • Can move quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Works independently, in a structured and accurate manner;
  • Is discreet, stress-resistant and flexible;
  • Is cheerful, energetic and representative;
  • Has college level of thinking and work with training in Administration, management support or secretarial work;
  • Possesses excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Lives in the Mijdrecht area;
  • Has experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
