Is service your middle name, do you have a passion for administrative processes and would you like to work at ING's head office in Amsterdam-Zuidoost? For the back office of ING, Spirit is looking for an enthusiastic employee!

What does your day as a Back Office/Administrative Assistant look like? 

As a back office employee, you will process incoming requests for photo passes for the bank's employees and ensure that they are created as quickly and correctly as possible. In addition, you are also responsible for receiving telephone inquiries from customers and employees in the best possible way and connect them to other departments. You ensure good communication with the applicant about the progress of the process and therefore have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language. You find it important to provide this service at a high level. Service-oriented, solution-oriented and excellent communication skills are your main competencies.
