Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for an itinerant receptionist(s) willing to work at various locations for various clients. This is an itinerant position where every day is a challenge! Are you looking for a varied, challenging job and do you breathe hospitality? Then read on quickly!

A day as an Ambulatory Receptionist(e)

As a receptionist(e) you will provide high quality 5* service. You are deployed at various locations in the Utrecht area and you are the business card of various corporate companies. You also check them in and provide them with a delicious cup of coffee or tea. As a spider in the web you also answer telephone questions, respond to e-mails, create visitor passes and keep the reception area tidy. Because you are interacting with guests, every day is different!

You will be deployed at various locations, so flexibility is very important. Because of this we offer you a varied job, where you can get to know different companies and where you get to know many new people.

Our ideal candidate possesses

Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions.

Furthermore, it is important that you

Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
Can travel to location by car;
Reside in the region of Utrecht;
Be available by August 15 on Monday 07:00-15:00(8), Tuesday 08:00-17:00(8), Wednesday 08:00-17:00(8), Thursday 07:00-15:00(8) and Friday 07:00-15:00(8) = 40 hours (parrtime is also negotiable).
