A day as an Account Manager at Reception Services

Spirit Hospitality Services stands for the perfect guest journey: from entry to departure, we ensure that the journey of guests within a company is always pleasant. We achieve this with our hosts and hostesses. As Account Manager of our Reception Services division, you are responsible for the entire process of this service for a number of cool companies. Every day you advise clients, consult with fellow suppliers and make strategic and tactical plans to bring the quality and service of these services to an even higher level. The daily operation is managed by committed Supervisors, whom you in turn manage. You motivate the teams of receptionists and work with the HR advisor on HR issues.

Our ideal candidate possesses

  • Completed college education (Hotel School or similar is a plus);
  • Experience in a leadership or management position;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar commercial position;
  • Affinity for Hospitality and business services;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to motivate a team;
  • A proactive work ethic and thinking in solutions.

Furthermore, it is important that you

  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • Available immediately for 40 hours per week Monday through Friday (32 hours is also negotiable); 
  • Live in the Schiphol or Amsterdam area;
  • In possession of a driver's license.
