Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for a receptionist who is willing to work in The Hague and Rotterdam on an on-call basis for a well-known insurance company! Are you looking for a varied, challenging job and do you breathe hospitality? Then read on quickly!

A day as a Receptionist(e)

As a receptionist(e) you will provide 5* service. You will be deployed at the two locations in The Hague and Rotterdam and you will be the business card of these two different insurers. You will also receive visitors and employees in a very hospitable and cordial manner. You register visitors, provide them with coffee or tea and guide them properly. You answer questions, issue visitor passes and make sure the reception area looks neat and tidy. This work is interspersed with telephone traffic, handling e-mails and light administrative work (such as receiving and processing packages and registered mail). Because of the variety of tasks you perform, it is important that you are a jack-of-all-trades, can easily switch between tasks and know how to tackle them.

You will be deployed to both insurers in The Hague and Rotterdam, so flexibility is very important!

Experience in excellent service delivery (experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a plus);
A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions.

Furthermore, it is important that you

Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
Live in the region of The Hague or Rotterdam;
Will be deployed to multiple locations, so flexibility is very important;
Willing to travel to work by public transport (There are no parking facilities at the locations) the work locations are both located next to central station of Rotterdam and The Hague;
That you are available at least 2 days immediately for working hours between 06:30 and 19:00
